Based in Sacramento, American River Canine offers private and group training sessions and drop-off play days focused on general obedience, proper socialization, and behavior modification.

A long-standing partner, Deric Isaacson has served as trainer, evaluator, and foster for our rescue since the start of his business in 2016. He supervises our monthly “pack walks” for the community and coaches our volunteers and forever families looking to facilitate a stronger bond with their rescue dogs.
