When you adopt, you do more than share a home; you give a dog who has been through hardship a future full of safety, love, and care.
Our adoption process is an open dialogue that allows time for us to find the best fit for you and your family. Because our dogs are pulled from the stressful environment of public shelters, slow introductions in safe spaces are key to building trust and confidence.

Get the process started by submitting your application here. It will take 5 to 7 days for us to review your application.

We’ll arrange a visit so that you can tour our facility and meet the pack. We’ll get to know each other, share information, answer any questions you may have, and begin thinking about which dog could be your perfect match.

Next, our team will do a site visit at your home. We’ll check for:
Secure, high fencing for the dog’s area when left alone
Shelter if the dog is outside during the day
Fresh water, inside and outside your home
An inside area where the dog will sleep at night

To ensure compatibility with children and other household members (including dogs), we’ll schedule a second visit for the family.

Finalize paperwork and payment, and bring your new pup home! On occasion, we can assist with local drop-offs.

Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper-Adenovirus-Parainfluenza-Parvovirus (DHPP) vaccinations
Flea preventative
New leash, collar, toys, and transition food to help your pup settle into a new home
